HOA Information

Colonial Park Townhomes are classified as  “True Condominiums”. HOA Dues are $250/month . Monthly dues include your individual water & sewer bill,  all your exterior maintenance (including future roof replacements) , community pool and parking lot maintenance , community trash dumpster, lawn maintenance, and the Master Insurance policy through Celina Insurance Co.

Homeowners are responsible for their own individual electric bill and interior Condo Unit Owners Insurance Policy. Homeowners responsible for any future window replacements and maintenance /replacement of your individual heat & air units. Colonial Park HOA  has hired Associa to manage the monthly dues.
