Colonial Park Townhomes are classified as  “True Condominiums”. HOA Dues are $160/month . Monthly dues include your individual water & sewer bill,  all your exterior maintenance(including future roof replacements) , community pool and parking lot maintenance , community trash dumpster, lawn maintenance, and the Master Insurance policy thru Celina Insurance Co. .
Homeowners are responsible for their own individual electric bill and interior Condo Unit Owners Insurance Policy. Homeowners responsible for any future window replacements and maintenance /replacement of your individual heat & air units.
Colonial Park HOA  has hired Associa to manage the monthly dues. Mail dues payable to Colonial Park HOA.  Colonial Park HOA c/o Associa Tennessee  PO Box 62884Phoenix, Arizona 85082-2884
Buyers pay an initiation fee of $75 to Associa at closing

Each Townhome comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Each townhome also comes with additional storage space (appx 12′ x 12′). Entry to all the storage spaces are located at the side door under building # 3 . Homeowners can obtain a storage door key through an HOA officer.
